Amazing service
Amazing service, the size didn’t fit but they managed to arrange and exchange in 24 hours with quick response. Good quality items. Very satisfied.

Very helpful
I needed to return an item for my Daughter that was too small. I gave the customer service team a call. Spoke to Lauren who was so very helpful. She set up the return for me, sent me the Royal Mail label and told me exactly where I should take the package.

Great customer service from Phoebe
Great customer service from Phoebe. I ordered a pair of shoes which turned out to be faulty after only a few wears. Contacted customer services which was quick and easy, they offered a few choices to resolve my issue and I chose a refund which came straight through.

Really happy customer!
I don't understand these bad reviews, my experience with The Sports Edit is nothing but great. First of all, they have amazing choice of brands and great prices. I have ordered from Croatia and package arrived in a week which was ok. But when I received a faulty item, I wrote to customer service and the reply was instant. I was immediately offered a solution. This was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced from any online shopping site. I cannot wait to make my next purchase with The Sports Edit. I am one really happy customer, thank you!

Beware
I had to pay to return a paid of trainers that were awful but at least I thought I'd receive a refund as promised on their website "Once our warehouse receives your unwanted item(s), they will process it within 5 working days. The customer service team will then be notified of the return and will process the refund. Once complete, you will receive an email confirmation." I am still waiting for my refund. It should not take this long to issue a refund.

For refunds, depending on your bank, the money will be back into your account within 3-5 working days.

Ordered from Germany - no delivery
Ordered from Germany. Received no delivery updates for more than 4 weeks. When contacting customer service I was told that the delivery was attempted (at a business address) and that nobody accepted the shipment. I have never received any information on the shipment. When the shipment was returned there was no automated credit process.

I don't recommend to shop at The Sports Edit from Germany!

However, customer service was fast and friendly.
